10 February 2016The American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT), the world’s largest technical society dedicated to the advancement of nondestructive testing (NDT), will be attending and exhibiting at the NACE Corrosion Expo on 6-10 March, 2016 in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Located in booth 1605, ASNT will be providing information for all attendees about ASNT certification programs including the ASNT NDT Level III, Level II, IRRSP, and ACCP programs; membership options; reference and resource material; and more ways to connect with the Society.
“Nondestructive testing and inspection is a critical component to detecting remedying dangerous corrosion of bridges, pipelines, and more,” said Dr. Arny Bereson, Executive Director for ASNT.
Noting that ASNT’s presence would extend beyond just the exhibit hall, Bereson added, “This is a chance for our society to forge lasting partnerships with NACE and its members, a society with which we share similar activities, interests, and goals of creating a safer world.”
The NACE Corrosion Expo is the world’s largest corrosion conference and expo and is attended by more than 7,000 corrosion professionals and 450 exhibiting companies.
The American Society for Nondestructive Testing, based in Columbus, Ohio, provides a forum for exchange of NDT technical information; NDT educational materials and programs; and standards and services for the qualification and certification of NDT personnel.
ASNT exists to create a safer world by promoting the profession and technologies of nondestructive testing.
